• how to cut & shape fine individual petals
• How to colour as you go
• Assemble with “leather dry” sugar paste
• how to thread wires to last layers of petals
• how to make centres
• how to assemble , tape & finish bloom

Closed Peony bloom breaks all the rules of what you know about creating a beautiful large bloom,     Suitable for absolute Beginners to the more seasoned flower makers. this bloom includes a set of “CUSTOM” cutters including calyx and leaf foliage. You will be more confident creating other blooms using all these techniques

Peony Weekend

• colour or paint petals BEFORE construction
• How to make centres
• How to assemble and tape

Open Peony  is an easy  bloom that gives you the fundamental skills to construct lots of individually wired blooms  NO VEINING board required. I will introduce you to the twiddle System to wire your petals.   Suitable for ABSOLUTE beginners to more seasoned flower makers.  You will also get a set of generic cutters and a veiner to KEEP. everything is supplied including a sugar pate recipe.

Students are required to be on site 10 mins BEFORE class START TIME

I have  a strict start time policy and will not wait for people who show up late.

Saturday 11 – 5 pm

Sunday 9.30 – 4pm (approx.)

Your payment is non-refundable, However- you are able to on-sell your booking if you are unable to proceed with the class- it is your responsibility to on-sell

• In the event the class is unable to proceed- a full refund will be given
• Class numbers are limited to 10 people- with a minimum of 8 people to proceed.
• All Tools are supplied to use in class only
• Flower classes include a set of cutters & veiner for each student to keep

Fondant shed reserves the right to take photos and use these photos as promotional material for future classes.
